Continuing over 50 years of Italian Tradition

As with any great Italian food the sauce is what it's all about.


At Harley's we take great pride in all our sauces and ours are made fresh everyday in small batches.


Our Marinara is made from whole tomatoes we crush ourselves in the kitchen. It takes some time and makes a mess, but the results are well worth it.


Our Alfredo is a classic heavy cream and butter reduction. It's another time consuming process at well over an hour to prepare. We don't add cheese in the preparation. Freshly ground parmesan/Romano mix is available at the table.


Others made from scratch include our rosata sauce, pesto sauce, dipping oil for our homemade bread, balsamic vinaigrette & Italian dressing.

The sauce is what it's about, but the pasta is the building blocks and all our pasta is made from durum semolina wheat. A truly Italian tradition.


Chicken breast is filet cut and pound out by hand for consistency and tenderness. Another prep not often done by most restaurants.


Our Cannoli filling and tiramisu are also homemade.
